Ms. Halle is the founder of The Halle Law Firm, P.A.  She is an experienced litigator with over 25 years of experience.  Before starting the firm, Ms. Halle practiced law at prestigious firms where she developed her passion for and skill in the areas of commercial litigation, family law and corporate transactions. Ms. Halle continues to concentrate her practice in these areas. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida She is also a member of various legal organizations, including the American Bar Association and Broward County Bar Association.

Ms. Halle has been appointed in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County Florida as a Special Magistrate for the Complex Litigation Unit in the Circuit Civil Division and as a Guardian Ad Litem and Mediator in the Unified Family Court Division.

Ms. Halle started her legal career with a prestigious large law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  After working there for several years, Ms. Halle began to realize that she wanted to make a change and make a difference by providing more individualized attention to her clients in a more personalized environment.  The tragedy of 9/11 was the catalyst for her to make this change, and she joined a boutique law firm in Boca Raton, Florida.

Through her experience at large and small firms, Ms. Halle had a vision to take the best attributes of each and create a law firm which combined the talent and resources of a large law firm and provide high quality, professional, aggressive lawyering with the personal attention of a boutique firm in a “cozy”, friendly atmosphere, where clients are made to feel at ease. The result is The Halle Law Firm, P.A.  Ms. Halle founded The Halle Law Firm, P.A. with the belief that each client deserves personalized attention and quality representation tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Ms. Halle is a graduate of The George Washington University National Law Center, where she also taught law school. Ms. Halle was a member of the Environmental Law Journal (section of the American Bar Association), which published her cutting-edge article on environmental clean-up costs; a member of the Moot Court Board; and a member of the Student Bar Association. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami where she graduated cum laude, with honors, and earned the prestigious honor of Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Halle believes in helping people through her commitment to both her profession and her community. In recognition of her commitment, she has received various honors, including: being appointed to the United States Congressional Committee’s Small Business Advisory Board; Honoree of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, honoring her for being an outstanding professional in the Fort Lauderdale community with a commitment to excellence in business and outstanding contribution to the community; Honoree of Strathmore’s Who’s Who for individuals who have demonstrated leadership and achievement in their profession; and has been nominated as a Best Lawyer in Fort Lauderdale and selected as an Elite Lawyer in litigation, divorce and business law. She has served on the Board of local charities and organizations, including the Royal Dames of Cancer Research and the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, as well as a member of the Women’s Executive Council for Jewish Federation of Broward County and Washington Club Member of AIPAC.  She is actively involved in JAFCO, both as a volunteer at the children’s shelter and as a mentor through the “Forever Friends” program.
